About project
Mayfair Tower is a residential complex located in the prestigious Business Bay area in the center of Dubai. Deyaar worked on the project. The construction was completed in 2011. The height of the complex is 22 floors, including a 5-storey podium. The building facades are made of modern technological materials. In Mayfair Tower are presented exclusive apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, which differ in configuration and area. In total there are 218 units of real estate in the complex.
